1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KORIX ◦ LEARN platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. KORIX LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use KORIX ◦ LEARN, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. Misuse of accounts, including unauthorized access or fraudulent registration, is prohibited.

2.5. Course Access Requirements

Access to course content on ai.korixusa.com and skills.korixusa.com requires an active KORIX ◦ LEARN account and valid enrollment. You may not access courses without completing registration and enrollment verification. Attempting to bypass authentication systems or access courses without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action.

3. Permitted Use

KORIX ◦ LEARN grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit course content without authorization
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the platform's normal operation
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or defamatory conduct toward other users
• Post or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Circumvent security measures or access controls

4. Course Content & Materials

All course materials, including video content, lesson plans, quizzes, and exercises, are the intellectual property of KORIX LLC or its licensors. Video content is sourced from LearnFree, TechUComp, and TutorTube and used with proper attribution and licensing. You may view and use these materials for educational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, publication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Certification & Proctored Exams

Completion of online lessons unlocks access to a self-check Final Exam. Official KORIX ◦ LEARN PC Literacy Bootcamp certification is earned only through an in-person proctored examination combining a written knowledge test and hands-on skills demonstration. All exam participants must comply with proctoring protocols. Any attempt to cheat, use unauthorized materials, or engage in exam fraud will result in disqualification and permanent ban from certification eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

KORIX LLC owns or licenses all course materials. You retain ownership of work you create within the platform, but grant KORIX LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your work for program improvement, research, and quality assessment. Do not post proprietary, confidential, or third-party content to the Forum.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

KORIX LLC collects enrollment, progress, and demographic data to provide services, comply with federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) reporting requirements, and improve the program. 8. Limitation of Liability

KORIX ◦ LEARN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KORIX LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, KORIX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if KORIX LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KORIX LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of applicable law.

10. Termination of Services

KORIX LLC may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Grounds for termination include violation of these terms, illegal activity, fraud, or conduct that KORIX LLC deems harmful to the platform or other users.

11. Third-Party Links & Resources

KORIX ◦ LEARN may contain links to third-party websites and resources. KORIX LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review third-party policies before providing personal information.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
